A couple of weeks back, a few of the InsaneRunning group members participated in the Umstead100 100-mile event. It was a very brutal event due to the warm and humid weather this year.

Although U100 is a great 1st time 100-miler event, due to the non-technical, exceptional volunteers and event coordination, completing this year was more than rough; it was Relentless. Alex, one of our InsaneRunners and 1st timer tackling the distance, completed the event in an impressive under 24-hour mark.
