InsaneRunning Generator
This is a barebone Ultra Distance Plan Generator. This follow the initial setup we have been using to generate our plans for our key event and races. It is prepopulated with a fictitious event, so you can preview of a possible plan.
How to use:
- Fill the Event Type, Date and Name of the event. Keep in mind that the plan will not generate if there is not enough time to complete the recommended training weeks.
- Select the Type of plan you would like – Beginners, Intermediate or Advance.
- Add any other events you might was the plan to consider and set during the training plan.
- After calculating the plan, you, in most cases, move/adjust the day of some of the workouts within that training week.
- Download the plan on your preferred format.
